Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2025
You may be eligible for a refund if:
The food was not delivered
The wrong items were delivered
The food was spoiled, damaged, or cold on arrival
You canceled a prepaid order before restaurant acceptance
Prepaid: Refunded to original payment method in 5–7 business days
COD: May be refunded via bank/UPI/store credit after verification
