Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2025

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The food was not delivered

  • The wrong items were delivered

  • The food was spoiled, damaged, or cold on arrival

  • You canceled a prepaid order before restaurant acceptance

Refund Processing:

  • Prepaid: Refunded to original payment method in 5–7 business days

  • COD: May be refunded via bank/UPI/store credit after verification
